Hello! I’m a caring, patient, and experienced animal lover based in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, New York. Animals have been an important part of my life for many years, and I truly enjoy spending time with them, understanding their personalities, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

I have many years of personal hands-on experience caring for a variety of animals, including dogs, hamsters, rabbits, birds, turtles, and other small pets. I currently care for six hamsters, each with its own personality, habits, and individual needs.

One of my most memorable experiences was caring for newborn baby hamsters when their mother could no longer nurse them. I carefully hand-fed the babies and monitored their development. My biggest advice is to be patient and respect each animal’s individual personality.  Every pet is different. Some animals love attention and interaction, while others need more time and space to feel comfortable.  Pay attention to their body language, eating habits, activity levels, and daily routines. Small changes can sometimes tell us that something is wrong.  Never force an animal to interact when it feels scared or uncomfortable. Building trust takes time, kindness, and consistency.  I believe the best pet care begins with understanding each animal’s needs and making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

Cat-astrophes happen! What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24 hours to 1 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.

Multi-visit packages include separate appointments. All visits must be scheduled in advance and completed within 90 days of purchase, subject to mutual availability. Completed visits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation refunds follow the refund rules listed above. If I am unable to provide a scheduled service, I will arrange a mutually agreed alternative date or an appropriate refund for the unprovided service.
