I am a psychotherapist and have worked with loss for over 30 years. I'm a therapist that understands your loss. Know how significant the loss of a pet can be. Those that you report to may not understand how devastating this loss can be.
I am experienced in grief counseling and can help you through this process. I am available in my office in Riverdale on Mondays or online within New York State. I have been wanting to focus on this area for a long time since I help my patients in my practice to grieve the loss of their pets. I want to do the same for you. I am an LCSW and hold a Psy.D., and I would be honored to help you process yours.

We will spend the time in session holding your pet in memory. You can show a picture of him/her and focus on the time spent with your pet, and how you healed each other.
We will hold your beloved pet in memory in the session. I will be there while you talk about how much you both loved and healed each other.
We will hold memories of your pet during our session. You can recall how you saved each other. I have been helping people grieve the loss of that very special family member. Let's do this together.
