THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Dog Walks, 30, 45, or 60-minutes. One of our caregiver's will visit your home between the hours of 7am and 9pm to walk your dog, play ball in the yard or give them some well-deserved love and attention. It's your choice!

Pet Sitting, 30, 45, or 60-minutes One of our caregiver's will visit your home up to 4 times per day, Morning, Mid Day, Evening and Late Night to take care of your precious pals. We will also bring in your mail, take out the trash and water a few indoor plants at no extra charge. No longer than 12 hours ever goes in between visits. For example, if your pooch were visited at 8pm, the Pet sitter would arrive at your home no later than 8am the following morning.

Kitty and Small Animal Care: Litter box cleaning, cage cleaning, feeding, water replacement, love and companionship.

Almost Overnights: One of our caretakers will spend times with pets for 90 minutes then 30 minute visit next day between 7am-9am. Meals and walks included!

Overnight Sitting: One of our sitter's will spend the night to give your pets and your home the added security. This service l in the includes a morning visit, 9-hour sleeping stay.
In addition to these basic services we offer a wide variety of options and as well as premium services so that you can customize your pet care and house care plan to meet that exact needs of you and your pet. 9pm-7am.

Pet Taxi: Perfect for driving your pooch to the groomers or the vet! One hour of walks, drop off and pick up.

House Checks: No pets, no problem! We check in your home while you’re away to give your home the lived in look. Adjusting blinds, lights, water plants, bring in mail, check air temperature, and water flushing. Customized to fit your home.

Concierge Services: Need a pet related errand? More dog food? Cat litter? Pet medication? No problem!

Canine Aqua Fitness: Canine Aqua Fitness Program is a low impact way to improve the health and fitness of dogs through a safe, guided swim in the comfort of the owner’s pool. PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
