Mary Helen is authentic. She helped me communicate with my rescue Great Pyrenees, Astrid. It had been over a year since her rescue and she still suffered emotional pain. Mary Helen opened a channel for healing. She also helped plan out a healing path for Astrid. I started the plan the next day. There was great results with Astrid opening up, accepting love. Mary Helen also brought over my dogs that had crossed over. It was great to hear from them. I am older and have had many farm dogs that were important and loved by me.
