Horse care in a natural herd environment. Full time turnout on our 480 Idaho ranch. 20-80 acre pastures with a few other horses. Access to a nice 3 sided run in shed. Natural grass pasture with rolling hills terrain. Free choice grass hay in hay huts in the winter. All horses come in every morning for individual feeding of individualized supplements & care., in their own pen. All holistic supplements.
Grooming daily & blanketing available at an additional cost. A barefoot specialist lives here. Hoof trimming every 6-8 weeks. Each pasture & the run in sheds have sand & gravel track areas for help in maintaining healthy hooves. We use DVM Josh Harper as our veternarian when needed. Veternarian costs are the responsibility of the owner.
We also rehabilitate foundered, & injured horses here. Cost is $1000 per month, includes all care & medicines. Veternarian costs are additional.
