Choosing what to feed your dog or cat can feel overwhelming. That’s why I created Constitution Kitchen—a personalized fresh-food recipe service that starts with understanding the individual pet in front of you.

Using principles of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM), I identify your pet’s constitutional element and use that information as part of the framework for creating recipes specifically for them.

Why “Constitution” Kitchen?

In TCVM, every pet has an individual constitution associated with the Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Your pet’s constitution gives us another way to understand the patterns that make them unique—their temperament, energy, physical tendencies, digestion, and whether they tend to run hot or cold, dry or damp.

That’s where Constitution Kitchen begins.

First, we discover your pet’s TCVM constitutional element. Then we take that knowledge into the kitchen, selecting foods and ingredients with their constitution in mind.

Their constitution helps us understand the pet. The kitchen is where we put that understanding into the bowl.

What You’ll Receive

You’ll receive your pet’s identified TCVM constitutional element along with three fresh-food recipes created with that constitution in mind.

Each recipe is portioned for your pet’s individual weight, and the appropriate supplements are calculated for you. You’ll also understand why particular foods and ingredients were selected for your pet.
