Customer Reviews

We had a great experience working with Kate! We are first time dog owners and were struggling to train our high-energy puppy. Kate was great at tailoring each session to our dog's needs and provided detailed instructions for us to follow the plan going forward. We've seen a lot of progress in just a few sessions and feel a lot more confident working with our dog independently. I would definitely recommend booking Kate, and am looking forward to continuing to work with her!

Kate is such an amazing trainer. We have to big dogs with major puppy energy and Kate has been life changing with them. She tailors every session to exactly what you and your dogs need, and sends detailed notes to continue working with them. I highly recommend booking with her.

When we first adopted our 1 year old rescue dog about 6 weeks ago we felt very overwhelmed and while our happy dog is well intentioned he had boundless energy, which caused some tension in our home. We had no idea what the best training methods were and the options were overwhelming. But Kate was recommended by our vet and a local, respected dog walker. Kate was extremely responsive on email leading up to our first sessions and then tailored the training plan for our family based on what the pain points were at that time. Her techniques began to work immediately and better as we reinforced the training. Kate helped us see how a calm and firm approach to training can help our bustling big dog manage his energy, gain confidence and become a more chill puppy. We wholeheartedly recommend her. Thank you so much, Kate!

Kate is an incredible dog trainer! I can’t believe how much she taught us and our dog in such a short period of time. Our dog was very scared of people, cars, loud noises, and strollers; he still has some fear, but he has improved so much! Now we can go on walks to different places and he’s less inclined to chase our cat around! I truly did not know what dog training would entail but it’s made a huge difference, and it was completely tailored to our dog’s needs!

I have been working with Kate for a few weeks to help manage my dog's "excitable energy". Her training has been great. She is knowledgeable, patient, intuitive, and definitely has a way with dogs. In a few short weeks, my dog is learning from the tips, tricks, and training and just loves Kate. Her method of training is kind, gentle and taps into the dog's brain power. Highly recommend!
