Kathy is Nanny Pawpinz LLC managing director. She is happiest when she is out and about, bringing the joy of uniting a pet with their fur-ever family. As a DoDDS military brat she knows what it is like to change home locations and all the logistics involved. Responsibility, adaptability, and reliability are traits that she picked up via the many experiences of moving and traveling throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. Kathy has been a small business owner for close to 25 years and a pet owner for most of her life. She currently has the privilege to share a home with Nash, a 13 year old rescue dog, who does not only visually resemble Benji!

Nanny Pawpinz LLC has been established to provide the best possible care to pets for any journey they need to take. We know it is not always possible for family to travel together with their furry family members. When this is the case we will be a loving stand-in for you!

We take the utmost care to reassure you and pamper your pet throughout the journey. You can expect consistent communication every step of the way, which will include photos, visual updates, flight confirmations, and trip progress reports. We are a USDA registered and insured business. Our prices are set based on current market factors and the high quality service you and your pet will receive.

• All cancellations are non-refundable. Owner agrees to bear full responsibility. for communicating any known distress related to travel or being kenneled. If the pet is distressed and not permitted to fly by the airline, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot offer a refund once we have arrived for pickup. This includes pets that exceed the 18lbs weight limit for commercial flights. Nanny Pawpinz, LLC must know in advance if your pet is over 18lbs and will not be responsible for denied boarding if Shipper/Owner fails to notif

The first payment is a non-refundable booking fee which is used to purchase airfare, schedule rental vehicles, hire contractors, and commit their time to your service request. 
The second payment is due 2 business days before pickup. At this time, the Shipper/Owner should also provide proof of a health certificate via email or text message. Without the health certificate, Nanny Pawpinz LLC  will not be permitted to pickup your pet and all payments made will be non-refundable. 
Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. 
If the Owner desires to cancel services before the pickup date they will not receive a booking fee refund, however all future payments will be canceled. 
If the Owner needs to reschedule, Nanny Pawpinz LLC will do everything possibly to comply but the Owner will be held responsible for any additional costs that result from changing the agreed upon date or time of transportation. 
In the event that the Shipper or delivery contact is unavailable to drop-off or accept the pet at the agreed upon date or time or is unreachable, the Owner will be liable for inconvenience fees in the amount of $25 per hour or $500 per day until the pet is delivered or returned to their origin. Owner will be responsible for any expenses related to returning a pet to their origin or to any other location not listed on this agreement. 
Failure to Perform Services. 
In the event Nanny Pawpinz LLC cannot or will not perform its obligations they will: 
1. Immediately give Notice to the Owner 
2. Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered; and 3. Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement
Flight Delays/Cancellations 
Nanny Pawpinz LLC includes travel insurance to cover any additional costs related to flight delays and cancellations which may include new flights, additional pet fees, hotel stays and car rentals. If the owner opts for new arrangements outside insurance fees apply.
