Our driver, Brad, contacted us in advance and then notified us when he arrived in town the night before pickup. The pickup went smoothly and he sent us an update every few hours with pictures and a travel report. He arrived at our home right on schedule and our labradoodle, Mocha, seemed to have made a new BFF. The pricing was competitive and appropriate for the service provided. We plan to use Royal Paws again and appreciate how easy Brad, the owner, made the process.
