East Coast Location - Pet Transport - Ann Arbor, MI
Welcome to Monumental Services, your trusted partner for professional and compassionate pet transport. Based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, we have been dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and reliable journeys for your beloved companions since 2018, ensuring they arrive at their new homes with the utmost care.
My deep connection with animals isn't just professional; it's lifelong. I've been a proud owner of dogs and cats since I was young, and from the age of 15, I gained invaluable hands-on experience raising cattle and pigs while living on a farm. This extensive background has instilled in me a profound understanding of animal behavior, needs, and welfare across a wide range of species.
At Monumental Services, we understand that your pets are cherished members of your family. There's nothing more rewarding than reuniting loved ones with their furry friends across the USA, and we treat every animal with the same love and attention we give our own. We believe every furry friend holds a special place in someone's life, making their travel experience as stress-free as possible.
As a USDA-Registered carrier, Monumental Services adheres to the highest federal standards for animal welfare during transport, ensuring your pet's journey is safe and compliant.
For your pet's comfort and safety during travel, we provide the appropriate kennel, leashes, dog bowls, and fresh water. To ensure a smooth journey and optimal care, we request the following from our customers:
* All pets must have a veterinarian health check within 10 days of pickup, confirming they are fit for travel.
* For their comfort and hygiene, we recommend that all pets be professionally groomed within 24 hours of pickup.
* Please send your pet's food inside a spill-proof container with clear, written feeding instructions.
* A familiar blanket or t-shirt with your scent can greatly comfort your pet during transport.
* All personal items being sent for your pet's transport must fit within a 24-inch square (e.g., small bag, comfort items).
Our dedicated ground transport involves typically 6 to 8 hours of driving per day, with scheduled stops every two hours to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets and the driver. We provide frequent potty breaks for puppies (every two hours) and older dogs (every 4 to 6 hours or as needed). All pets are fed strictly according to your specific instructions and their regular diet.
We look forward to providing a stress-free and compassionate transport experience for your cherished companions. Contact us through Petworks today to discuss your pet's travel needs and book your monumental journey!
