I'm the only cowboy I know who consults an animal communicator. But when I need one, I turn to only Dr. Laurie Moore. My good ranch horse Sandy died unexpectedly. My excellent horse vet couldn't figure out what her problem was but her blood labs showed she was a dying animal. Laurie was able to communicate with her and my other horses who Sandy left behind, including her colt, Pumpkin. Through the understanding we received from Laurie, my kids and I were able to replace loss with love and a great deal of understanding. To me, everything is energy and consciousness. Thought is energy and consciousness, and that never dies. So it's not that much of a stretch to appreciate that some people like Laurie are gifted with multi-sensory perceptive abilities to be able to reach and understand animals, even if they have transitioned, as my horse Sandy did. Laurie has not physically met my horses, dogs or my daughter's cat. But she perceived their individual personalities precisely as we know them. She described my senior mare, Lady, my gelding Dodger, and Sandy's colt (who is Lady's grandson) exactly as we know them and what their experiences were with Sandy's death. Laurie was able to help us all transform a very sad experience into something beautiful and touching. Although I don't really look forward to going through this again, with the ages of my horses it won't be long before I have to. When that happens, to ease through it, I'll no doubt be talking to Laurie again. I recorded my phone session with her and I'm so happy to share it with my kids and friends. Thank you, Laurie! We all really appreciate you and your gentle way.
