Rachel and her team were amazing. Rachel was responsive and accommodating every step of the way. Our cat's drivers were also responsive, we got live updates and pictures at every stop, and most importantly, our cats arrived safely. Would not hesitate to recommend Rachel, and would certainly use her service again if needed!

Transporting our three cats was a big deal for us; we love them and we were anxious they would be safe and arrive at our new home with the least stress possible. Rachel and Dawn the driver did a wonderful job coordinating and making this happen! Our feline babies are setting into our new house and are already purring, exploring and claiming the new digs as their own.

This was the first time I used a service like this, so I was a bit nervous but Rachel immediately put me at ease. The drivers, Austin & Christie were in touch prior to pick, at time of pick up, and sent me pictures of my precious puppy during the trip as well. They arrived on time and were just fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Rachel and Door to Door Pet Delivery!

Rachel was very quick in responding to my inquiry and subsequent communications. Pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, with our boy (Bodhi) arriving by late morning the next day as we had hoped. Cam, the transporter, kept me up to date on his ETA, and was pleasant during the brief drop-off. The entire process went very smoothly.

Everything went great. I was sent pictures along the way and the puppies arrived right on time.

Service was excellent and the driver went above and beyond with the care she gave Milo.

I need to tell you that we were beyond happy with Door to Door Pet Delivery Service. Rachel was so wonderful to talk to and i knew I would be using her service immediately when we spoke. We are a rescue in Crested butte, Co and needed to transport a wonderful, Large Malamute who is sight impaired to Tennessee. We needed him to get there quickly. No sooner did I arrange the service than I got a call from a driver who picked up Ugo Friday morning and got him to his new home in TN the next afternoon. Jordan was wonderful with Ugo and made the trip so comfortable for him. He sent pictures along the way and kept us posted. I am very pleased with this transport and our rescue will definitely use them many times in the future. AND the cost of a private transport was VERY fair.

Great service and communication!

The driver was amazing and very kind but when I initially booked I asked if I would require anything additional in order to get the puppy across the border into Canada. I was told no, and that the fees where all inclusive. The driver was stopped at the border and was not allowed to cross. I had to then drive to the border at night and get him myself and pay additional fees and even though the pup wasn't delivered to my door as promised I was still charged the same amount.

Rachel was very quick in responding and accommodating to a pet transport from MA during holidays from my fiancés deceased mother's house and cat has been left behind unintentionally after family members moved out. However, would've liked more updates during pet transportation to know how cat was doing as asked before departure. Pet SUV wouldve provided more room to pets during the long ride. But, otherwise quick transport in emergency situation.
Would recommend to friends and families needing pet transportation.

I am extremely disappointed. My appointment was for this morning at 8am for pickup. Sarah confirmed that I was back on the schedule. However, we've been calling and texting all morning with no answer for an hour. This is terrible and now I have to tell my son that the dog won't be arriving today as planned.
