I convert my passion into a business. I am registered with the State of Texas as YouConnectUs LLC. We gather information about pets after bookings by having clients complete designated forms.
The prices we quote are our standard rates. Discounts are available exclusively for military personnel, veterans, rescue organizations, and shelters. If you qualify, please inquire about our discount; otherwise, the quoted price is firm and non-negotiable.
Availability is communicated upon request. A reservation is only confirmed after payment of a deposit, which is half of the quoted price minus any outstanding balance. The remaining balance is due after the pet has been picked up. to Citizenshipper and not to our company.
Our company adherence to USDA guidelines stipulates that pets must be over six months old and weigh more than 20 pounds to be deemed cage-free. If eligible, pets will be secured in a dog seatbelt. We also require proof of vaccination records; if unavailable, please contact us to discuss assistance in updating vaccines. If available could help pet get updated vaccine shot free of charge.
Currently, we use our personal vehicle, a Nissan Rogue Sport mini SUV, for transportation.
We Partner with Prudent Pet Insurance, we able to offer our customers free month pet insurance.
After each trip, the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, unless it was part of a connected drop-off route, during which only basic cleaning is performed.
All cages are sterilized after each use. We provide a cage and water; however, pet owners are responsible for bringing their pet's food.
Please inform us in advance if your pet has any food allergies. Snack is provided to pet during trip.

Amazing! We thought we had lost our cat while traveling but after 4 days the hotel called asking if we owned a cat. Needless to say, the hotel was not to pleased with having a cat left in the room and they wanted the cat GONE. I attempted to contact several companies but when I contacted DeAudrey, she basically dropped everything and her top priority was to save the cat. She left that night, driving all night. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff had not captured the cat so she was on her own to search the room. Finally she found her, gave her food, water and cat box break and she was on the road.
I was connected to an app where I could monitor her progress as she drove to our home. She would text me as well as sending pictures of their travels.
I have nothing but good things to say about DeAudrey. She is reliable, dependable and professional.
