Hello and welcome! I'm Dani Drogue. For over 15 years, I've devoted my professional life to understanding and nurturing the bond between humans and dogs. With a background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and over a decade of experience working with preschool aged children, I've spent my career bridging the gap between two-legged and four-legged learners and their guardians.

My mission is to help you and your furry friend grow together, fostering a relationship based on mutual respect and understanding. I hold a CPDT-KA certification and I'm an approved AKC evaluator, and I’m always looking to grow my own skills and prove them through certifications on my name, and titles on my dogs’!

Outside of work, I'm still immersed in the dog world. I am active in conformation, nosework, and tricks! Also, I spend a lot of time walking dogs, and feeding dogs, and cleaning dogs, and cleaning up after dogs .... Yeesh. And on those rare occasions I am not doing “dog stuff”, I love exploring my other hobbies - I'm an ardent lover of art, a green(ish)-thumbed gardener, and an aspiring archer. These hobbies, much like my work, reflect my love for creativity, nature, and precision.

Puppy Package: under 5 months of age

Household Manners: 5 months and up

Our beginner dog training package is perfect for owners who want to establish good behavior and obedience in their furry friend. This package includes a one-on-one consultation with our expert trainer to assess your dog's needs and create a personalized training plan. We'll cover basic commands such as sit, stay, come, and heel, as well as leash training and socialization. Our trainer will work with you and your dog to ensure that you both feel comfortable and confident with the training techniques. With our beginner training package, you'll have a well-behaved and happy pup in no time!

AKC CGC private course

$ 500.00 Per Dog

(Pre-requisite course: Household Manners) The AKC CGC (Canine Good Citizen) program is a great way to train and socialize your dog. The program focuses on teaching your dog basic obedience skills, good manners, and socialization to help your dog behave in a variety of situations. The training and certification process also helps strengthen the bond between you and your dog, and can lead to improved communication and trust. Additionally, many apartment complexes and homeowners associations recognize the AKC CGC certification, making it easier for you to find housing with your furry friend. Overall, the AKC CGC program is a valuable tool for any dog owner looking to train and socialize their dog, while also strengthening their bond. Please note: Up to 3 dogs and their handlers may split the cost of this class and run through as a group! Each dog must have completed the beginner course, or first register for an evaluation to be approved to skip the beginner course.

Private Instruction

$ 100.00 Per 60 minutes

Private dog training lessons are an effective way to provide personalized attention to your furry friend. These one-on-one sessions allow a professional dog trainer to work with you and your dog to address specific behavior issues, obedience training, and socialization. With the trainer's undivided attention, they can tailor the training to your dog's individual needs and ensure that they are progressing at a pace that is comfortable for them. Private dog training lessons also offer flexibility in scheduling and can be held in the comfort of your own home or at a designated training facility. With private dog training lessons, you can establish a strong bond with your dog while ensuring that they are well-behaved and happy.

Evaluation

$ 50.00 Per 30 minutes

Required intake for behavioral challenges to determine if I can help you, and help you find someone who can if I am not. You may also use this to see if I am someone you want to work with! I can answer what questions you have about my training methods and I will gather some information about your household and your family to determine our best course of action!

Prerequisite: initial evaluation. Ask questions, discuss videos, troubleshoot sticky behaviors, or get help developing a training program! Great for the DIY pet trainers who just need a little bit of guidance.
