Lynette Hoy is an avid oil painter of dogs, cats, birds, horses, landscapes and seascapes! She is often commissioned to paint pets. I'm a member of the American Impressionist Society and the National Oil and Acrylic Painting Society. She regularly exhibits paintings in galleries, online and art leagues. Lynette has been juried into AIS and NOAPS exhibits and has won awards for her work. She is a student of James Swanson, AIS and OPA Signature Member.
