Set-up fee:
All new weekly accounts will incur an initial set-up/ clean-up fee of $25.00, which covers up to 45 minutes on the initial cleaning. Any extra time beyond 45 minutes will be charged at $10.00 per 15 minutes.
One time clean up service:
$40.00 for the first 30 minutes and then $10.00 per 15 minutes after (minimum fee of $40.00).
Payment Due:
Payment is due at the time of service for Initial and one-time clean-up service.
For Weekly service:
The First Month will be due in advance then weekly services will be billed monthly on the 15th and due by the 1st. Each Month will be figured at 4.333 weeks to keep payments the same each month. We can set up an automatic credit/debit card plan so you don't have to deal with sending a payment each month.
Fees:
$5.00 late fee on payments past the 1st. $30.00 fee for return check
Prepay Special Pricing:
Pay 6 months in advance and receive 5% off weekly services
Pay 12 months in advance and receive 10% off weekly services
Discounts:
Senior Citizens 65+, Disabled, and Service dogs will receive 5% off weekly services
