Nicole Kallish, the owner of Sarasota Grooming Company, attended The Academy of Dog Grooming Arts in Arlington Heights Illinois. Since graduating in 2004, Nicole has worked in several grooming shops and kennels and for 7 years, owned a successful mobile grooming business. Nicole decided to open a grooming shop in Sarasota after moving from Orlando in 2012. In addition to grooming in her business, Nicole is also a competitive groomer. She has worked her way up the ranks in the grooming contest ring earning many 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placements in entry and intermediate levels, including Best Groomed Dog. Nicole also won the title of “Rising Star of the Year” at Intergroom in 2013 and has moved on to the “open” or “expert” level, competing against the top groomers in the country. In 2013 she was ranked in the top 20 in the nation. Nicole has also been a Barkleigh Honors nominee for “Up and Coming Groomer of the Year” in 2011 and 2012, and a nominee for the Cardinal Crystal Achievement Awards “Mobile Groomer of the Year” 2011 and 2012. Nicole continues to compete at several grooming shows each year, has recently started writing for industry publications and has become a speaker at grooming trade shows. An advocate for continuing education in grooming, Nicole runs two Facebook pages geared toward advancing stylists in grooming and business. Nicole is an ICMG, certifier, educator, Groom Team USA Liaison and is currently apprenticing to be a judge at grooming competitions. Nicole and her husband George are thrilled to be living in the paradise known as Sarasota with their 4 poodles, Rex the Standard Poodle, Brody, Pippa and Sofia the Miniature Poodles and Paddy the Wire Fox Terrier. Sofia is currently being shown in AKC and we are looking forward to a wonderful show career for her. Pippa is trying out other competition sports this year such as FAST CAT and CAT, she will be earning some new titles soon.

PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
