My name is Seth and I am owner/operator of Bones, Hugs, and Harmony Pet Care. Your premier independent Seattle dog walker and pet sitter with an environmental and health conscious approach! I am an animal advocate and have a passion for helping animals. So why pick me as your Seattle dog walker when there are so many to choose from? It’s easy to love animals and walk dogs, right? You will see early on that I offer an unsurpassed level of dedication, compassion, and experience. To make sure I can provide the highest quality care, I read books on ethical and science-based dog training and attend seminars from world-renowned modern trainers and dog behaviorists that hold Ph.D.’s in animal behavior. I am Licensed/Insured and Pet CPR/First Aid Certified. Educating myself on the pet food industry and holistic integrative veterinary practices is another passion of mine and I closely follow the leading veterinarians of these fields for great resources on safer and natural treatments, therapies, etc. Additionally, I am a member of The Pet Professional Guild which gives me access to a wealth of modern science based dog training and behavior! Do you need to worry about different employees or independent contractors every few months? No way! Every pet at Bones, Hugs & Harmony is always cared for by only me. I know how hard it is to be away from your best friend, so I provide photos and updates after every visit if requested. Sure, I give treats and belly rubs just like every other Seattle dog walker but it takes much more than that to ensure your fur children have the highest quality of life. I offer group walks which provide your pup with socialization and exercise without the negative aspects/risks of the dog park. Generally your pup will have fun with 1-2 others but never more than 3. I keep the group walk limit low so I can reduce risks and ensure each pup still gets personalized attention from me as well as giving them freedom to sniff around and engage in mental stimulation. Group walks often turn into puppy playdates contained in a sizeable fenced in backyard. I thoroughly vet each pup’s behavior through walks and play before considering who would be good pup partners. Have a reactive pup? No problem! I would take them on private leashed walks. I give the pups choices on their walk without reinforcing unwanted behaviors. It’s important for the dogs to be dogs and have FUN! Another added benefit of group walks/play dates is the complimentary additional time outside of their house.

PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
