Big Creek Pet Hospital combines a caring skilled staff and a state of the art facility to take care of your one of a kind pet, including dogs, cats, and pocket pets. We are a full service veterinary hospital providing a wide-range of services including pet dental cleaning and extractions.
Dr. Hermann established Berea Pet Hospital back in 1948, cementing its place as one of Cleveland's oldest veterinary clinics. Over time, the practice changed hands, with Dr. Cameron and later Dr. Fegan taking the reins. Challenges arose when the original building faced demolition in 1999, leading to a legal tussle and eventual eviction post-9/11. Dr. Fegan and her husband, Ed, launched a house call practice from their own home while a new facility was constructed. Reborn as Big Creek Pet Hospital in December 2001, the clinic gradually moved into its new building by early 2002. Fast forward to 2020, Dr. Fegan passed on the responsibility to Dr. Souders as the new Medical Director, ensuring a continued legacy of excellent pet care and community service. Reflecting on their 30+ years of dedicated service, Big Creek Pet Hospital eagerly anticipates the next chapter and invites everyone to join them on this journey toward continued pet wellness.
