How did you hone your craft?

I believe in mentors and learning from others while others learn from you, I listened to my clients, my mentors and then I made it my own. When you listen, you learn. I wanted to give the customers what they wanted and really needed.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Remember, they want more than anything to please you. When they make mistakes, that is what it is. Teach them, be patient with them, you are both in it for the long haul...make it the best experience you can for all of you.
