Atlas Doghouse & DogwalkingDC proudly offer dog boarding, daycare, walking, training, & pet sitting (includes cats, birds, fish & other pets, as well as watering plants) throughout the Washington DC area, 365 days a year. Our unique open-concept design can be found at 1375 H Street NE, where we promote social interaction & supervision for all dogs in a cage free environment. Owned & operated by a behaviorist, we take an ethological, or natural, approach to dog psychology. This philosophy promotes constant behavioral reinforcement that will keep your dog engaged & happy for the duration of their stay. Your pup’s safety & comfort are our priority above all else, & we confidently provide the highest caliber of customer service in the industry. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured with over a decade of stellar experience taking care of Washingtonians’ best friends. Our staff can administer medication & provide personal feeding to accommodate any canine need.
Our dog walks are a full 30 minutes around your neighborhood, & can be longer if you would like your pup to get more exercise. If for some reason the walk is cut short due to rain, snow or heat, we spend the rest of the visit as social time with your pup. In addition to this, we offer pack walks that offer structured socialization & a natural pack psychology. These walks are longer than normal, between 45 minutes and an hour and a half, weather permitting of course. All walks are done by trained professionals with crystal clear background checks. Your home and dog's security is our priority above all else.
All walks are scheduled through our online software, Leashtime, & all daycare & boarding are scheduled through Ginger.

Meet and Greet- (Initial introduction to house and pet, key pick up) - $20

House Keys - 2 sets of keys/FOB are needed at the time of the initial meet and greet - Unless you have a concierge, electronic door code or lockbox. A lockbox is the preferred method if you do not have a concierge or electronic door code.

If we do not use a lock box, you do not have an electronic door code or concierge, we MUST receive TWO sets of keys/fobs at the meet & greet.

MIDDAY DOG WALKS- Monday through Friday (10 am - 4 pm)

Rates for 1 dog
Monthly Midday walk – (10am-4pm Mon - Fri) $25 per 30 minute walk
(if a walk is shortened due to rain, heat or snow the remainder of the visit time will inside playtime or pets)

Pack walks $20.00 per walk (if we can accommodate your area for a pack walk, pack walks are generally at least 1 hour or longer)
30 minute daycare walk $18 per walk (if you would like your pup to have a 30 min walk during the day while he or she is at daycare all day or boarding)
We do provide 10 minute daycare walks that are included in the daycare price, if you want a 30 minute walk or 2 walks per day the second walk will not be included and the 30 minute walk is not included.

30 minute midday walk with a daycare package $0 / 1 credit
1 hour walk $50
15 minute potty break $15.00

Rates for 2 dogs (same household)

Please note this is charged per night and midday walks are additional
$10 for each additional pet (includes feeding, litter box cleaning - cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents, birds etc)
