This starter package covers essential skills that form the foundation of good behavior. You will also learn how to speak “dog” and better communicate with your best furry friend. It’s perfect for puppies and dogs new to training. This package includes a 2-hour consultation (including hands-on training and a customized follow-up training and management plan) and four 60-minute training sessions.

Upon accepting your booking, Swetlana will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 24 hours to 1 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.
