The Vital Wellness Plan is ideal for pets that are having health challenges, chronic conditions, palliative care, and senior care. This personalized wellness plan guides you to navigate your pet's unique needs to improve overall well-being and quality of life by supporting the body’s natural healing processes, reducing symptoms, and discomfort.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Prior to consultation, you will receive an in-depth questionnaire that helps to understand your pet's health issues, unique needs, health goals, and lifestyle. This will include Kimberly looking at any test lab results and medical records.

The next step would be a 45-minute personalized consultation with Kimberly to discuss your pet's nutritional needs and health goals, either by phone or Zoom call.

Once the consultation has been done, you will receive a follow-up email with a Wellness Plan created specifically for your pet. It will include 3 recipes, the recommended holistic supplements, and any lifestyle changes to benefit your cat or dog.

Access to personalized email and text support throughout the 90 days

30-minute follow-up session to review progress and address any questions or concerns.

Additional monthly support can be purchased if you feel you need more guidance or support with Kimberly after the 90 days..

*Please understand that this consultation is not a replacement for your veterinarian's diagnosis, prescriptions, and/or procedures for healing. This consultation will recommend nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies to complement your veterinarian's diagnostic procedures.
