Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Sara accepts your booking offer. Sara needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Sara declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a 75% refund.
