Sandra got me to realize that there are times that our sorrow may be stronger during certain times of the year during specific events, as we continue to go through the grieving process. I lost two of my best gals (cats) this past year and she really helped me open up about my struggles and what I was dealing with. Speaking about those things out loud made me accept my grief rather than me trying to fight it. I am devastated over the loss of my cat children but with Sandra’s help, I want to remember all the good times I had with them and what they taught me in their short time with me.
