As soon as we got off the phone, I moved Charlie's litter box to the space Roscoe agreed to and, right away, Charlie used the pet door and the litter box on his own. Melissa was very nice but there was minimal conversation about Nellie. Just a thing or two but Melissa talked about other clients and her own experiences. She was very kind but wasn’t helpful in the way I hoped. She was also going to communicate with my other dog Reagan but ran out of time. By the time she asked if I had other questions she was occupied with her next call. I am bummed but it is what it is.
