Lisa is wonderful. We are still working to find my lost dog but she has been there for every question and has been amazing.

Lisa cares. That’s exactly who I need. And she’s good at her work. I haven’t yet found Shadow, but we have found some leads and she’s done everything she could to help me. It’s so great to have someone like her in this search.

Lisa was highly supportive and knowledgeable. She was a lovely resource in a time of panic.

It turned out our cat wasn't missing. He was just an A-hole. However for the three days he was hiding in a closet and laughing at us while we looked outside for him Lisa talked us through what to do to locate and find him. She was sympathetic and brought a lot of comfort and understanding into the process as we searched. She is knowledgeable and compassionate for the families that are terrified and worrying about their missing furry kids.

Could not have gone better. Lisa and her pub were able to lead me to the area where I saw my cat. And then approximately 12 hours later, we had her in a trap.

Lisa was and continues to be incredibly helpful. She came down to help us twice look for our dog. We have not been able to recover Kirin yet, not through any lack of effort from Lisa! I hope I never have to work with her again (don’t want to lose another pet) but if I had to, she would be the first person I would call.

Lisa was very comforting to me and she gave me hope. She reassured me, that I was on the right track and gave me some tools to think about that were interesting. I remain hopeful that my beloved cat will hopefully be found.

Lisa gave some good tips, but it felt like she wasn't being very patient with me. She wasn't very good at following up with questions or just seemed kind of dismissive.
