Most importantly, I’ve spent years formulating fresh and raw diets for my own dogs and clients, learning firsthand how real food can transform digestion, mobility, skin health, and overall longevity.

Start simple and focus on real food. You don’t have to be perfect overnight — even small upgrades like adding fresh whole foods or reducing highly processed ingredients can make a big difference. Consistency and balance matter more than chasing trends, and your dog’s body will tell you what’s working.
