Clay Creations Creatures - Pet Portrait Artist - Nationwide
I draw pet portraits from photographs and can also do other animals, such as horses, gorillas, chimpanzees, bears, wolves, leafy sea dragons, etcetera. I can get super realistic or I can play with more abstract form, and can include whatever details you might like. E.g. I incorporated a quilt made from all of a clients’ dogs’ bandannas from groomers into the background of a portrait of her current dog. I included exclamation and question marks in the background of a drawing of a dog with a very easily started but very inquisitive personality. I can draw in graphite or charcoal or do paintings using oil pastel and water soluble pencils. My passion is to capture the inner soul of your chosen animal, be that animal a pet, a species, or a specific animal you are attached to who may live in a sanctuary or zoo or be a famous wild chimp known to everyone through Jane Goodall. I do vary the price based on size, media, and subject, ranging from $50 - $500. Please be sure to click on the portrait examples on the page to see the full drawing!
