Animal Reiki Master and Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula - Nationwide
I've been offering Reiki to animals for over the past 10 years, including shelter animals and sanctuary animals. I was a member of the Shelter Animal Reiki Association until I left the shelter, although I still visit Animal Place animal sanctuary to give Reiki to the farm animals.
As an Animal Reiki Master, I use this gentle, noninvasive, holistic energy healing system that yields powerful results for body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is a wonderful healing tool for pain relief following surgery, easing symptoms of chronic conditions, calming an animal’s anxiety and fear, and easing the transition at the end of life. Reiki can be offered in conjunction with rehabilitation or as individual Reiki sessions.
As a trained Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula, I provide practical and emotional support to animals and their families during the dying process and after death, helping them navigate their animal's end-of-life journey. Having the right questions to ask your doctor, learning how to set up hospice care at home, can make our animal's transition filled with comfort, respect, and love.
This time after prognosis can often be confusing and filled with questions.
That’s where I can help you, utilizing my training, knowledge, experience, resources, hospice assistance, rituals, ceremonies, and whatever else is needed to help families navigate the end-of-life in a way that is peaceful, respectful, and meaningful.
Reiki is ideal for use with animals because it is gentle and noninvasive. It doesn’t cause stress, discomfort, or pain, and yet yields powerful results. Animals respond intuitively to Reiki‘s power to heal emotional, behavioral, and physical illnesses and injuries.
For healthy animals, Reiki helps to maintain their health, enhances relaxation, and provides an emotional sense of peace and contentment.
For animals who are ill, Reiki is a wonderful healing method as well as a safe complement to Western Medicine, Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, flower essences, and all other forms of healing. For example, Reiki can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, support an acupuncture or acupressure treatment, and enhance the effects of all modalities.
For animals with behavioral issues, especially fear-based aggression or anxiety, Reiki is a powerful tool to help them relax and stop the cycle of panic or anxiety. For animals in transition, Reiki is a powerful yet gentle way to provide comfort, relief from pain, fear, and anxiety, and to ease the transition.
Horses and donkeys love Reiki too.

REIKI SESSION: 3 SESSIONS!
First, we will discuss your animal's needs. After our call, you'll send a photo of your animal, and I will connect with them for THREE 30-minute Reiki sessions over three days. I will stay in touch with you to see how the treatments are progressing.

I worked in a vet's office for a year, and worked at our local animal shelter for five years. I tune into what the animals are trying to communicate. I also read tarot for pets! I live with 3 little dogs I adopted from a local rescue, and one, very understanding husband.
