Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Julie accepts your booking offer. Julie needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Julie declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

Refund Policy - Julie Husa

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
