Best for: Pets with veterinarian-diagnosed conditions requiring more detailed nutritional management, such as kidney or liver disease, pancreatitis, GI/IBD concerns, urinary/crystal issues, multiple food sensitivities or overlapping health concerns.

Includes an in-depth review of your pet’s diet, health history, relevant veterinary information, medications and supplements, plus a detailed nutrition plan and two individually formulated home-prepared recipes.

Additional research and condition-specific nutritional adjustments are included to create a practical plan tailored to your pet’s unique needs.

Upon accepting your booking, Bonafide will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Bonafide accepts your booking offer. Bonafide needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Bonafide declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
