Your pet doesn't have to travel to receive the calming benefits of Reiki. In fact, many animals are more relaxed in their own familiar surroundings, making distance Reiki an excellent option for pets of all ages.

Your pet will receive a full 30-minutes of devoted energy work.

✨Before the Session

Fill out the intake form with your pet's name, age, species, and anything you would like me to know. You may also share a simple intention for the session.

Keep the routine familiar. There is no need to change meals, walks, sleep, or medications. A normal routine can help your pet feel safe and comfortable.

If possible, give your pet access to a favorite bed, blanket, room, crate, perch, or hiding place. Let your pet choose where to be.

Let go of expectations. Your pet may rest deeply, become affectionate, change positions, leave the room, or show no obvious reaction. All of these responses are okay.

✨After the Session

Make fresh water available and allow your pet to rest if they choose. Keep their environment calm and follow their normal feeding, medication, exercise, and care routine.

Observe without over analyzing. You might notice extra sleep, calm behavior, affection, thirst, playfulness, or a subtle shift in mood. You may also notice nothing unusual. Simply observe your pet with patience over the next day or two.

After the session, I will share any observations or impressions from the Reiki treatment. You are welcome to tell me what you noticed and ask questions about your pet's experience.

Do I need to be on the computer or phone?
No. I prefer not to be on electronic devices during sessions so that I can give my full attention to your pet's treatment.

Does my pet need to be awake?
No. Many pets naturally sleep during their session, while others continue playing or resting. Reiki can be received regardless of what your pet is doing.

Do I need to stay with my pet?
No. Your pet simply needs to be in a safe, familiar environment. You may stay with them if you'd like, but it isn't required.

How many sessions will my pet need?
Some pets experience noticeable relaxation after one session, while others with ongoing concerns may benefit from a series of sessions. Recommendations are always based on your pet's individual circumstances.
