As a pet parent, when you book and pay through PetWorks, you're backed by Care Coverage. This is our promise to support both you and your pets every step of the way. Our Concierge Team offers live, human help when you need it. If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, you're 100% refunded for everything you paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. We're also here to help resolve booking disputes. Giving you peace of mind, so you can focus on what matters most: caring for your pets.
There is no cost to browse and connect with our nationwide network of 4,700 trusted pet care professionals. You only pay when you book a pet care service professional. And when you book, a 10% Care Coverage charge is added to your total at checkout. Here's what it covers:
- Secure transfer of payment from you to the pet care services professional you've booked.
- 24/7 Access to live concierge care if you have questions or need assistance along the way.
- Dispute resolution in rare cases where you aren't satisfied with your services or have a disagreement with the pet care service professional you booked.
- Refunds when a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking (100% of what you paid, including Care Coverage). Pet parent cancellations and no-shows follow the PetWorks Cancellation Policy — the Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when you cancel.
