SCHEDULING
Upon accepting your booking, Kinyorda will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 25% refund. Sessions can be rescheduled if they are not eligible for a refund. Sessions are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Kinyorda accepts your booking offer. Kinyorda needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Kinyorda declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
