You can break this up into three 30 minute sessions, two 45 minutes sessions, or one 90 minute session, and is generally used for 2 -3 animals broken down into individual sessions for general communication.

Upon accepting your booking, Alice will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 48 hours to 6 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Alice accepts your booking offer. Alice needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Alice declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
