Donna Carlson

Donna has been such a critical part of our grief journey over the past week after losing our pup. We felt lost and like we would never escape the awful grief we were experiencing days after our loss. Donna has given us tools and exercises that has helped us express gratitude for the time we spent with our soul dog and to honor him. I don't know where we'd be without Donna's coaching, we're forever grateful for her patience and caring!

Thank you! I am so very broken and immensely sad I was not sure what today would bring. I knew I needed some help moving through my grief as I felt so paralyzed and you were kind and compassionate and really listened to the overwhelming emptiness inside me. That you connected with my dog Bree when I was struggling trying to explain her personality blew me away. When you used your own words to describe what you thought Bree was like your entire auora and expression seemed to brighten and soften and become lighter if that makes sense? As I reflected back I saw the warmth and joy you felt from her presence. And when you shared it with me, it was exactly the way Bree would have described herself. I found it brought me a level of comfort and even a smile that I have been able to tap into all day since. Thank you for suggesting specific items I should try to do today to move through the grief as I am finding it is helping me as I check those off. I will be scheduling a follow up session.
