We are so incredibly happy we found Claire. From the very first session, she brought such a positive, friendly energy — our puppy instantly loved her (and so did we!). Claire made training fun, simple, and stress-free. She tailored everything to our pup’s personality and helped us understand not just what to do, but why it works. Her approach is gentle, encouraging, and full of heart. We have had 2 private lessons and currently in a group class, which we have learned how to work with our puppy, Ollie. highly recommend Claire.

Sabre and I have been taking classes at Candid canines for a little over a year now- and it has been absolutely amazing!! One of my favorite parts about training with Claire is that I can feel how much she cares about Sabre and me! She always goes above and beyond from making lists of food diets that range in affordability and quality for Sabre's allergies to her understanding during a tough financial period! Working with Claire has been one of the best decisions I've made for me and my dog, Charlie. He used to struggle with leash pulling, recall, and general manners — walks were stressful for both of us. Thank you, Candid Canines! We have had two in-home sessions with Claire, a true dog whisper, and are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our dog has had no accidents in three weeks, and is walking nicely on a leash. We’re going to attend some group lessons as soon as they are available. We are definitely a happier doggy household because of this excellent, knowledgeable trainer.

I am currently in classes with our Bernese Mountain dog puppy, Ava. This is the second dog we have trained with Claire. Ava will be quite large once fully grown and it is essential that we develop a trusting bond so that we can have a loving and obedient relationship. Claire is highly skilled, holds amazing certifications, and has repeat clients that appreciate her thoughtful and kind approach that leads to positive results!
