After initial consultation, I will develop a personalized program tailored to your individual needs. I will then set up a time to meet with you and work with you on the things we've discussed, give you the tools you need for success and show you how to use them so to speak. This should take an hour or 2 and I'll be sure to communicate that with you. After one week, I'll follow up and see how you're doing and we'll go from there. Always available for questions if needed after services have been rendered.
