After our conversation, you'll receive a summary email with my recommendations based on what we discussed.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Melody accepts your booking offer. Melody needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Melody declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

Refund Policy - Melody Storms

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 48 hours to 6 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
