The 1-hour remote consult gives us a chance to talk in depth about your dog's history and current behavior, any prior training, and your challenges and goals. I'll get you started with some foundational training exercises, and help you manage behavior issues.

SCHEDULING
Upon accepting your booking, Nancy will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 24 hours to 2 days before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. Services may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before appointment time. No refund will be given, but no additional rescheduling fee will be charged. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, no refunds or credits will be given.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Nancy accepts your booking offer. Nancy needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Nancy declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
