This canine recipe is specialized for adult dogs with two of the following health conditions: cancer, congestive heart failure, diabetes, pancreatitis, digestive/GI issues (colitis, constipation, IBS), kidney disease, liver disease, urolithiasis and conditions requiring low histamine or low purine.

Included with recipe: holistic supplement(s) recommendation based on health conditions.

Diet & Health Questionnaire with ingredient list is emailed after receiving payment.

Custom recipe is emailed within 7 business days of receiving questionnaire.

Email correspondence & follow-up included.

Included with each recipe is amount of ingredients for small and large batch cooking, detailed cooking instructions, shopping guide, transition guide, links to synthetic-free supplements on Amazon and full nutritional analysis.
