A fully customized recipe built specifically for your pet based on their individual needs, nutrient requirements, goals, and feeding style. Each recipe includes a complete 7-day batch recipe with detailed & easy to follow ingredient breakdowns and portion guidance, a step-by-step preparation guide, and a comprehensive nutrient analysis, so you have everything you need to confidently prepare and feed your pet’s diet.

Each recipe is thoughtfully created with nutrient balance in mind—not just ingredients. Using NRC nutrient guidelines as my primary foundation, recipes can also be formulated to AAFCO or FEDIAF standards when requested or when appropriate for your pet. Every recipe is thoughtfully tailored to your pet as an individual, taking into account their unique needs, health goals, lifestyle, overall wellness, and current diet.

This service is designed to follow an initial consult so I can build your pet’s plan with a full understanding of their unique needs. It also includes a 15-minute follow-up video or phone call to review the recipe, answer questions, and help you feel confident putting the plan into practice.

Additional pricing may apply for certain cases requiring more extensive formulation.

SCHEDULING
Upon accepting your booking, Felecia will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 48 hours to 4 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. Life happens, and I completely understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please reach out as soon as possible. While missed appointments are generally non-refundable, I may be able to offer a reschedule on a case-by-case basis when circumstances warrant.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Felecia accepts your booking offer. Felecia needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Felecia declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
