3-Session Nutrition & Wellness Package

This package is designed for clients who have already completed an initial consultation and are looking for continued support. It includes three 30-minute video or phone sessions (your preference) and is ideal for ongoing guidance, diet transitions, or working through specific concerns over time.

We’ll build on each session, make thoughtful adjustments as needed, and make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

This package focuses on guidance, support, and adjustments over time and does not include a fully customized recipe.

SCHEDULING
Upon accepting your booking, Felecia will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 48 hours to 4 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. Life happens, and I completely understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please reach out as soon as possible. While missed appointments are generally non-refundable, I may be able to offer a reschedule on a case-by-case basis when circumstances warrant.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Felecia accepts your booking offer. Felecia needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Felecia declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
