I engage in loads and loads of continuing education each year. I pour over behavior research to make sure that the techniques I'm using are scientifically sound, in addition to adding joy to life.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Reward behavior you like! Release yourself from the pressures to have an "obedient" dog. Think about what you need from your dog in order to live a functional, joyful life.
