Paws-n-Praise Private Dog Training - Driftwood, TX

Member since Dec 2021

With over a decade of experience as a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Approved Evaluator, I am dedicated to nurturing a harmonious relationship between you and your beloved pets. My approach is rooted in gentle, force-free training methods, harmonizing reward-based strategies with the Tellington TTouch Training™ to boost your pet's self-confidence, self-awareness, and self-control. As a Tellington TTouch® Companion Animal Practitioner and a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and the Pet Professional Guild (PPG), I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session.

Whether your furry friend is a dog, cat, rabbit, chicken, or parrot, I tailor my services to meet their unique needs. My training sessions begin with a comprehensive hour-and-a-half private lesson evaluation, during which I offer personalized suggestions and exercises that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily routine. From enhancing your dog's agility and obedience to modifying pet behaviors, my strategies are designed to be practiced both during walks and within the comfort of your living room. Using a combination of food rewards and emotional reinforcements, like your smile and tone of voice, I help instill positive behaviors in pets of all sizes, from under 20 lbs to over 80 lbs.

Beyond training, I offer mobile services for your convenience, covering a broad travel radius to ensure support wherever it's needed. As a Certified Shamanic Practitioner, my holistic approach aims to enrich not only the behavioral aspects but also the spiritual well-being of your pets. Are you ready to transform your pet's behavior and strengthen your bond? Book me through Petworks today and embark on a rewarding journey towards a more joyful and obedient companion!

Customer Reviews

Jenna has been an incredible help! She explains complex training concepts in a way that’s easy to understand and apply with our 5 month old Groodle. She’s very supportive, and we’ve noticed a huge improvement in our puppy’s ability to focus, even with distractions around. Highly recommend!

- Bec J

Jenna was amazing! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, patient trainer for your doggos, then Jenna is your gal! We loved attending puppy preschool; we learnt so much, in a safe and controlled class. Highly recommend you get in touch.

- Amanda M

Jenna was a great help when training our Lab puppy Betty - she supported us during our puppy preschool and primary school adventures! She is always a message away if we have any questions. Jenna is Betty’s favorite person outside of the family - which says a lot! If you need a dog trainer, Jenna is highly recommended!
