Misty is so awesome!! She was able to find the best possible route under my tight time line and was so pleasant. Handoff couldn’t have been easier at the curb. From what I understand, delivery was the same. Probably not the least expensive option but the efficiency and experience for pup/me/recipient was so much better than I thought possible.

I highly recommend Paw Paws Express! After years of traveling between the U.S. and Europe, we ran into delays with our dogs’ health certificates despite working with an excellent veterinarian. After changing our moving plans from TX to England several times we decided to hire a professional to help us through the process. I joined a FB group for others also relocating their animals internationally. Misty commented on my post and offered a quote! The communication was excellent and Misty's knowledge of all UK guidelines was impressive. Within a couple weeks of talking with her we had everything planned, booked and ready to go! Misty's husband, Chris, transported our dog from DFW area to Chicago O'Hare by car and checked her into Cargo with British Airways. 'Pawpaws Express' did everything perfectly! Our dog landed safely and cleared customs within a few hours without any issues. Moving to another country is already incredibly stressful and difficult. Hire help! They did everything for us. Purchased our crate, bedding and water/food bowls, booked vet appointments, filled out our paperwork, hired a company on the UK side to clear our dog through customs. We are forever grateful to Misty and Chris for their help bringing our family together again.

We were running out of time to get our critters certified as no USDA vets would take us because we weren’t existing clients. The first transportation company couldn’t be bothered to read our emails properly. Someone recommended Misty at 'Pawpaws'.
