This is a 45-minute health consultation to discuss wellness goals. This option is perfect for addressing health issues and supporting the transition to a fresher diet.
This package includes an initial 1 hour Zoom call and 2 follow up video chats for 1 month. This is a better package if you feel that you need support for a longer time for a diet transition. Each week, we will discuss an important component of feeding fresh food diets, including rotation, variety, nutrients and more!
