Katherine Nybakken

Katherine is “Amazing” and opened up so many “Pawsibilities” for our Lab and saved my sanity. I had 3 trainers before her with no success. Hunter was un-walkable, so reactive and untrainable that I was loosing hope. But once she started working with him (and training me) we now walk every day, and he loves other dogs and things that would send him to an uncontrollable state. If you are looking for a positive reinforcement trainer, she is “Amazing”!

Katherine started the process of training our 4 month-old puppy with us in September 2023. We were referred to her by a friend who had worked with her on their rescue dog. Kindness, consistency and treats are a big part of her training process. She is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and training them, as she has been doing it a long time. Our puppy loves her and quickly learned what she taught him. We will continue working with her. We are grateful to Katherine for all of her help, and highly recommend her!!!

Working with Katherine was so great. Her knowledge & expertise was evident when working with Remy. She has a calm demeanor that Remy connected with.
Katherine tailored the lessons around our goals for Remy and raising a family dog. After each lesson, she sent detailed notes highlighting key things to remember & focus on when we are training at home. After our package expired, we could easily add more lessons when needed. We highly recommend Katherine to train your dog or puppy.
