One word review: A-freaking-mazing! Longer review: We are so happy that we chose Beatrix to be our dog trainer! Right off the bat, she gave sound advice and techniques, which is only to be expected of a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. But honestly, that's not what makes her so invaluable - it's her understanding of how dogs' minds work AND that she's willing to explain everything in a way that anyone can understand. She never talks down to you, and always explains why something works (or doesn't work).
